The Challenge
Arjun Photography, a premium wedding and event photography studio based in Rajasthan, was managing bookings through WhatsApp, delivering photos via Google Drive links, and coordinating their team through phone calls. As the business scaled past 400+ events a year, this manual workflow led to missed follow-ups, delayed photo deliveries, confused team schedules, and no centralised record of client galleries. They needed a purpose-built mobile solution — one for the studio team to manage everything behind the scenes, and a separate polished app for clients to browse, select, and download their photos.
The Strategy
We architected two standalone mobile applications under a unified cloud backend. The Admin App handles bookings, team assignments, event scheduling, gallery creation, photo uploads, and business analytics. The Client App provides each client with a branded, password-protected portal to view their event galleries, mark favourite photos, request edits, and download high-resolution files — all wrapped in Arjun Photography's signature black-and-gold visual identity.
What we did

Deep discovery sessions with Arjun Kumar and the studio team to map every workflow — from initial client enquiry and booking confirmation to on-site shoot coordination, post-production, and final gallery delivery.

Designed the Admin App with modules for booking management, team calendar with role-based assignments, gallery builder with drag-and-drop photo uploads, client communication hub, and real-time business dashboard showing events managed, revenue, and pending deliveries.

Built the Client App with a premium onboarding flow, event-specific gallery access, photo favouriting and selection tools, album-level browsing, secure high-res download capability, and push notifications for new gallery uploads.

Implemented a unified Firebase cloud backend with real-time database sync, secure image storage with CDN delivery, role-based authentication (Admin vs Client), and automated push notification pipelines.

Crafted the entire UI in Arjun Photography's premium black-and-gold brand identity — dark theme interfaces, gold accent typography, custom camera-icon logo integration, and smooth micro-animations throughout both apps.
The result
Both apps are live and actively used by Arjun Photography's team and their clients. The studio now manages 400+ events per year through the Admin App, delivers galleries to 1,000+ happy clients through the Client App, and has eliminated manual WhatsApp-based delivery entirely. Average gallery delivery time dropped from 15 days to 3 days, and client satisfaction scores improved significantly with the branded, professional delivery experience.
